Tips and variations for making these Red, White, and Blue Pudding Shots:

● This is written out in red, white, and blue (bottom to top). It is shown in blue, white, and red (bottom to top). You can also layer white on the bottom, blue, red, or white, red, blue. You choose.

● I used Cool Whip which is a brand name. You can use another brand of imitation whipped topping if you like.

● This recipe used Jello instant pudding, but you can use any instant pudding brand.

● This used skim milk, 2% or whole milk is fine to use too.

● The vodka brand does not matter, simply the vodka flavors.

● 4-ounce cups were used for this shoot shot (say that five times fast!) You are getting 40 ounces of a boozy pudding/pudding shot. You can make: 10 4-ounce servings, 8 5-ounce servings (shown), 5 8-ounce servings, 13 3-ounce servings, or 20 2-ounce servings. The choice is what your intent is; boozy dessert or pudding shot.

● You could add a dab of whipped cream or whipped topping before garnishing with sprinkles if you like.

Red, White, and Blue Pudding Shots Ingredients:

● 2 3.9oz box Instant Vanilla Pudding
● 1 3.9oz box Instant White Chocolate Pudding
● 3 cups Cold Skim Milk
● 1½ cups Sugar-Free Whipped Topping
● 2 ounces Vanilla Flavored Vodka
● 4 ounces Raspberry Flavored Vodka
● Red and blue sprinkles, for garnish, if desired

● Jigger
● Whisk
Wooden Spoon or Silicone Spatula
● Containers to hold 40 ounces of boozy pudding: (2.5 oz) plastic pudding shot cups with lids if transporting, here are 3 ounce Shooter cups here are 4 ounce Plastic Shot Glasses or 5 ounce party cups These are 8 oz Containers or 10 ounce if you were serving this as a dessert.

● Blue Layer: Steps 1-3: In a large mixing bowl add 1 3.9oz instant vanilla pudding, 2 ounces of raspberry vodka and 1 cup of cold skim milk.

● Steps 4-5: Whisk until smooth.
● Refrigerate 5 minutes.

● Steps 6-9: Add a few drops of blue food coloring to the pudding mixture.
● Mix food coloring into pudding.
● Add ½ cup whipped topping and fold into pudding. If after adding the whipped topping you want a more vibrant color, add a few more drops of the blue food coloring until desired shade is achieved.

● Steps 10-11: Fill your glass 1/3 of the way full with the blue pudding mixture (see notes for details).
● Refrigerate the mixture while you make the next layer.

● White Layer: Steps 1-3: In a large mixing bowl add 3.9oz package instant white chocolate pudding, 2 ounces of vanilla vodka and 1 cup of cold skim milk. ● Whisk until smooth. Refrigerate 5 minutes.

● Steps 6-10: Add ½ cup whipped topping. Fold into pudding.

● Fill the glass to 2/3rd full.
● Refrigerate the mixture while you make the next layer.

● Red Layer: Steps 1-3: In a large mixing bowl add 1 3.9oz instant vanilla pudding, 2 ounces of raspberry vodka and 1 cup of cold skim milk.
● Steps 4-5: Whisk until smooth.
● Refrigerate 5 minutes.

● Steps 6-11: Add a few drops of red food coloring.

● Mix into pudding.
● Add ½ cup whipped topping and fold into pudding. If after adding the whipped topping you want a more vibrant color, add a few more drops of the red food coloring until desired shade is achieved.

● Fill the glass the remaining way with the red pudding.

  • 3 cups Cold Skim Milk

You need containers to hold 40 ounces of produced pudding (this is an or, you don't need all of these unless you are making a ton of this recipe!):

16 - 2.5 oz plastic pudding shot cups (with lids if transporting)

13 - 3 ounce Shooter cups

10 - 4 ounce Plastic Shot Glasses

8 - 5 ounce party cups

5 - 8 oz Containers or 4 - 10 oz Containers if servings as a dessert
